As the 2026 Spring Festival (Year of the Horse) approaches, to ensure everyone enjoys a joyful and peaceful holiday, we hereby announce the official holiday arrangements in accordance with the company’s operation needs. Please take note of the following details:

1. Holiday Schedule

The Spring Festival holiday will be from February 8, 2026 to February 24, 2026 (corresponding to the 21st day of the 12th lunar month to the 7th day of the 1st lunar month), totaling 17 days.

Normal work will resume on February 25, 2026 (Wednesday, the 8th day of the 1st lunar month).

2. Pre-holiday Work Requirements

• Please sort out your ongoing work, complete all urgent tasks and make thorough handover arrangements with colleagues before the holiday. Department heads shall organize pre-holiday work inspections and summaries to ensure work continuity.

• Before leaving the office, ensure all power and water supplies in the workplace are turned off, doors and windows are locked, and important documents, assets and personal belongings are properly kept to eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Sales, customer service and other front-line departments shall inform customers of the holiday schedule in advance and properly respond to customer inquiries about business resumption.

3. On-duty Arrangements

The company will arrange special on-duty staff to handle emergencies during the holiday (the detailed on-duty roster will be issued separately). On-duty personnel must keep communication devices accessible, perform their duties earnestly, and record work details in the On-duty Log.

4. Warm Reminders

• During the Spring Festival travel peak, please plan your trips reasonably, avoid peak hours, and pay close attention to traffic safety and personal health protection.
